When I started training with Mark I was at the highest weight I had been in years. I had no idea how to really train and thought lifting heavy weights. The first time we worked out I thought he was crazy. Then after 5 minutes I needed to take a break. Mark isn't a meathead who wants you to throw a bunch of weight around. He wants to have your body in prime physical condition. He works on your weaknesses and gets you into shape.
Now almost 4 years later I am playing hockey between 2 and 4 nights a week, hanging with 25 year old kids, and feeling like I am their age. I trust Mark when he tells me what to do.
